It integrates the eight limbs (Asht-Anga) of yoga namely - Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi which help an individual to cultivate and expand their divine vivacity. Yoga; simply a confluence of the body, mind & spirit with no particular style being better or more genuine than the other, guided by a knowledgeable, skilled & qualified yogic coach can help boost physical strength, flexibility and mental well-being of any person.
